  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Blissful Vibes vibrators. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the vibrator must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items are returned as well.

  3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@blissfulvibes.com.au. Provide your order details, including the purchase date and your reason for requesting a refund. Our team will guide you through the process.

  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the vibrator is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

  5. Refund Options: Once we receive the returned vibrator and confirm its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  6. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used or opened vibrators, unless they are found to be defective.

  7. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective vibrator, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that this refund policy is applicable only to purchases made directly through Blissful Vibes. If you have purchased our products from authorised retailers, please refer to their respective refund policies.
